❔How to cancel a subscription on Stripe?

This guide provide the instructions for the admin dashboard owners on how to cancel the subscription of users through stripe.

1. Go to the customer’s subscription page on Stripe and click the close subscription button

1. Next, you can cancel the subscription. Here you have a few options to select such as when to cancel the subscription (i.e. : immediately, end of the current period, or on a custom date). Make sure to choose No refund here.
