๐กSearching Transactions
This section will guide you to filter the transactions in the admin dashboard by using the filters such as discord id, discord tag, email, transaction ID, ISP, transaction type & transaction status.
Discord ID: Input the Discord ID of the particular user to search for their transactions.
Discord Tag: Input the Discord Tag of the particular user to search for their transactions.
Email: Input the email ID of the particular user to search for their transactions.
Transaction ID: Input the transaction ID of the particular transaction to identify its details.
ISP: Input the ISP to search for which user it has been assigned to.
Transaction Type: Filter transactions by selecting from available transaction types, such as Customer Order, Data Update, and Customer Subscription.
Transaction Status: Filter transactions by selecting from available transaction statuses, such as Complete, Incomplete, and Failed.
Go to Admin Dashboard and click on the Transactions tab
2. Filtering Section 01 - Select the drop-down arrow next to the search bar and select the filter you require (i.e. - discord id, discord tag, email, transaction ID & ISP)
2.1. Then enter the relevant data (i.e. discord id, discord tag, email, transaction ID, ISP ) associated with the filter you selected. Then click on the search button.
3. Filtering Section 02 - Select the first drop-down with All on the top. Then you can filter the transactions based on the transaction type. (i.e. Customer order, Data update and customer subscription)
4. Filtering Section 03 - Select the second drop-down with All on the top. Then you can filter the transactions based on the transaction status. (i.e. Complete, Incomplete , Failed & Subscription canceled)
