How to use Wallet Credit to purchase

Overview

With our new top-up system, you can easily add credits to your account and use your wallet balance for purchases. Simply add credits, and you’ll have more flexibility in managing your payments. You can check your wallet balance and track your credit history right from your dashboard. Whether you're making a one-time payment or setting up a recurring payment, your wallet balance can be used seamlessly, giving you more control and convenience in handling your transactions.

Steps to use Wallet Balance for Purchases

1. Log in to the User Dashboard and at the top-right of the tabs section, you can see a new icon for Wallet. Your current Wallet Balance will be shown there. If it is not updated, kindly refresh to update the Wallet Balance.

1. Select the required product and click Purchase.

1. Then, click the Pay with Wallet option.

1. Then, you have to agree to the Terms of Service. For that, click on the “I Agree” Button.

1. Then, click the Purchase Button. Here, if you are purchasing a one-time product, it will be “Purchase” and if you are purchasing a Subscription product, it will be “Subscribe”.

1. With the tick sign, your purchase will be a success.
