This guide will assist you in changing both the domain and your product CNAMEs. Make sure to update the details in both DNS settings and the admin dashboard as instructed in the guides to ensure uninterrupted domain functionality.
First, delete all the old records (i.e. Cname record, Aname record & Alias record related to the previous domain)
Once you complete updating DNS settings then you can go to the admin dashboard to update the details on Torch Labs' database)
Go to More Settings
Enter the new domain and click Update domain
If you have changed the cnames of the products, then enter the new names and click update cnames
This step is necessary only if you have updated the product Cnames in your DNS settings; otherwise, no changes are required. Additionally, please note that the products listed in this section for updating CNAME are only the residential products that you have synced to the admin dashboard.
