Track transaction history for your store in this section.
Transactions are divided into two sections:
One-time payments
Recurring subscriptions

Transactions can be filtered using the available filter options.
2. Each transaction has a unique identifier called a Transaction ID.

4. The transaction's Discord ID and Discord tag are shown here.
5. The purchased GB / data / quantity is shown here.
6. The purchase price per GB / data / quantity is shown here.

8. The transaction type and status are shown here. Orders usually appear as Complete or Incomplete.
🧪Transaction statusAn order is Incomplete when payment is received but data/product delivery has not completed. This is often caused by an upstream provider API issue. In this case, go to the Users tab and add the missing data manually.

10. Transactions can be filtered by status and date.
We recommend keeping status set to ALL unless you are investigating a specific issue.
Recommendation: Use date filters first, then status filters, to quickly narrow large transaction lists.
