This section explains the Subscription tab, which contains all recurring products and their transaction details.

  1. Go to the admin dashboard, click Transactions, then click Subscriptions.

Open Transactions and select Subscriptions
  1. Use filters such as Email, Discord ID, Discord tag, Subscription ID, and ISP to find specific subscription records.

The Subscription tab includes the following columns:

  • Subscription ID - Unique ID for a subscription transaction. Click the ID to copy it to your clipboard.

  • Email - Email address linked to the transaction.

  • Discord ID - Discord ID of the subscriber.

  • Discord Tag - Discord tag of the subscriber.

  • Data GB / Amount - Data/amount for the subscription product.

  • Price Paid - Amount paid for the subscription product.

  • Product - Name of the subscription product.

  • Status - Current subscription state (can also be used as a filter).

Description

Renewing

The subscription payment succeeded and the next billing cycle has started.

Incomplete

The order was not delivered/fulfilled completely.

Failed

A billing attempt failed (for example, due to insufficient funds).

Cancelled

The customer cancelled the subscription and the subscription validity period is over.

Cancelling

The customer requested cancellation, but the current validity period has not ended yet.

Ended

The subscription period has expired and the customer did not renew.

  • Created At - Date the subscription was first created.

  • Webhooks for subscriptions are sent on creation, renewal, cancellation, and failure events.
