The Transactions section includes multiple transaction and status types. This page explains what each one means so you can troubleshoot quickly.

Customer Order
Created when a customer purchases a product.
Data Update
Created when an admin updates a user's data balance.
Status Types
In most cases, an Incomplete status appears because the upstream provider's API returned an invalid response or did not respond in time.

Complete
The order/update was delivered successfully and is fully completed.
Incomplete
The order/update was not delivered successfully and is not completed.
Failed
A subscription charge attempt failed (for example, due to insufficient funds).
Cancelled
The customer cancelled their subscription.

Recommendation: If a customer order is Incomplete but payment was captured, verify provider/API status and then manually top up the user from the Users tab if needed.
