How to Display Dashboard Banner in the User Dashboard
Overview
As an admin, you can display and manage dashboard banners that appear directly on the user dashboard. This feature allows you to highlight important announcements, promotions or updates in a more visually prominent way, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement from users.
By enabling a dashboard banner, you can deliver key messages instantly when users log in, helping you drive attention to specific actions, offers or information. The banner appears at the top of the user dashboard, making it one of the first elements users see, ensuring your message is noticed without requiring any additional interaction.

Steps to Add Dashboard Banner
Please log in to the Admin Dashboard and navigate to the More Settings tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the Dashboard Banner section.

Next, click on the โEnable Bannerโ toggle, as shown in the image below.
The image upload will not be valid and the banner will not appear on the user dashboard unless the toggle button is enabled.

Next, upload separate images for the desktop and mobile views. You can either drag and drop the files or click the upload link, as shown in the image below.
Recommended Image Dimensions: Ensure your images meet the optimal pixel size for best display quality.
Desktop - 1168px X 116px
Mobile - 364px X 138px

After uploading both the desktop and mobile view images, a preview of the uploaded images will be displayed, as shown in the attachment below. Once you have confirmed the images, click the โSubmitโ button.
Both desktop and mobile images are required for the banner to be displayed and for the upload to be submitted successfully.

By hovering your mouse cursor over the image, you can delete it before clicking โSubmitโ if you need to replace it, as shown in the attachment below.

Once everything is finalized and you click the โSubmitโ button, a confirmation pop-up will appear, as shown below.

When users log in to their dashboard, the submitted Dashboard Banner will be displayed, as shown in the image below.
