💱Changing product names

To modify the product names, kindly refer to the following guide and proceed with updating them accordingly.

Please be noted that you CANNOT change the product name if you have any active subscriptions. In changing the product name you will have to back up all the active subscriptions, create a new batch and launch it again.

Otherwise, the transactions will not be reflected on the admin dashboard accurately.

Furthermore, for datacenter and residential can only have one product under one metadata whereas Metadata is same for all account products. Hence make sure to delete the metadata of the old product before creating the new products for datacenter and residential items..

1. Go to Stripe and click on the Products tab. Then click on the product and edit the product.

1. Update the product names as required.

The character limit for the stripe product name is 225. Any product name can be displayed on the dashboard within this character limit.

1. Go to the Products tab on the admin dashboard > Sync the products on the admin dashboard to see the updated product names on the customer dashboard
